Bureau & Sons pricing is based on platform capacity — specifically the number of simultaneously active strategies, the number of connected broker accounts, and the depth of monitoring and reporting features available. Every tier includes access to the core automation engine, risk-control configuration, and the monitoring dashboard. There are no commissions charged on executed volume, and no fees linked to your broker account balance. Prices are quoted in Romanian leu (RON) and billed monthly or annually; annual billing reduces the equivalent monthly cost by approximately 15 percent. Each tier can be upgraded at any point in the billing cycle.

Are there any per-trade or volume-based charges?
No. Bureau & Sons charges a flat monthly platform fee only. We do not take a percentage of your executed volume, charge per order sent, or collect any fee linked to your broker account balance. Your broker's own commission schedule applies independently and is not affected by your Bureau & Sons subscription.
Can I switch tiers partway through a billing cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the pricing difference is prorated for the remainder of the current month. Downgrades are applied at the start of the following billing cycle, giving you continued access to the higher tier's features until the cycle ends.
Does the annual billing discount apply to all tiers?
Yes. Paying annually on any tier reduces the equivalent monthly cost by approximately 15 percent relative to month-to-month billing. Annual invoices are issued in RON and can be paid by bank transfer to our Sibiu account.
Is there a free trial period?
We offer a 14-day sandbox trial on the Start tier at no cost. The sandbox environment has full backtesting capability and simulated order routing, but does not connect to a live broker. At the end of 14 days, you can subscribe to any tier or let the trial expire with no charge.
