The delivered artefacts at onboarding include: a configured integration environment linking your broker account to the Bureau & Sons engine, a sandbox instance preloaded with twelve months of historical data for immediate backtesting, a personalised risk-parameter worksheet completed during a one-hour onboarding call, and access to the monitoring dashboard from day one. Ongoing service includes daily strategy health checks, monthly engine updates, and documented incident reports whenever a circuit-breaker fires.

Your strategy rules — expressed as condition-action pairs — are encoded in the Bureau & Sons rule engine. Broker connectivity is subject to the uptime guarantees of the connected venue; we publish live status at status.lumentstone.info. Certain instruments, particularly those on non-EU venues, may not be available for integration without additional compliance review.
